And, I Run

As I am getting older, 40(ish),  I have started to feel this urge to write about running, marathon, ultra marathon, working out, diabetes, Cuban food, wine, politics, product management, guns, and lots of tech. Why? Who knows! Do I even have the time to do this? We will see. 

I find it curious that I run with diabetes and away from diabetes. I know I am not going to win that race. But, I am going to keep trying.
